Did you see the recent, new "Wonder Woman" movie?


The reason superhero characters are called Action Heroes is because of one very important word; action!

Heroes are the ones that take action. They are NOT the ones that stay on their comfy couch or run away from themselves or from life.

Does that mean they are naturally courageous? No, it means they have the will to make a change and the faith. Then they make themselves step up and channel their inner warrior.

They put on the costume.They act as if. They throw off their old costume of fear or disempowerment and they feel empowered as they walk through their fears and do it anyway.


This is called making decisions. And taking action!


This is the exact same process that I walk all my clients through. I transition a rider's identity from a disempowered or frustrated (or fearful) equestrian into a confident, empowered leader who enjoys peak performance in their sport and in their life!


I take them on a new bridle path ... and guide them along the path that leads to their dream destiny. 


No more holding back. No more excuses. No more blaming others. No more running away from being the best that they can be.


They learn to ride with intent, belief, absolute certainty, and fun. 

Become your own hero. It's a mindset of choosing to say "yes" and choosing to have faith. Followed by taking action steps.


And staying in the game ... even when the going gets tough and you have to face the truth that you see in the mirror.


That mirror is the magic. The truth will set you free. Or it will continue to hold you a prisoner.


It's a turning point. You either face it or run from it. 


Heroes don't run and hide. 


They keep moving forward, courageously, one stride at a time. And every stride counts!


Make this a week of making decisions and taking the action steps needed to arrive at your dream destiny!
