PHOTO SHOOT "BEHIND THE SCENES" BELOW;
MEANWHILE ... BREAKING THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE!
Congrats to all my past and current clients for using their "5th Gen" peak performance mental skills to keep growing, moving up in height, adding new horses, and generating their personal best results!
Just at WEF alone, I had clients that were either Show Champions or Show Reserve Champions in 11 out of 12 total weeks of WEF circuit. And of course, the spectacular win of the car by Kate Egan in the WEC Equitation Premier Cup!
Add to that some of these additional highlights below for winter circuits at WEC (Ocala and Ohio), HITTS Ocala, Fox Lea, Sarasota, Texas, Mexico, and the Desert Circuit out west.
These are not anywhere near all my clients or all their placings and wins this winter circuit ... just grabbed a handful for this newsletter of their highlights for some of my clients. More to come later!
Equestrian Rockstar Trainers:
Nico, generating another new star, Gin, at WEF in Wellington, FL. Nico trains for Christian Heinikemp and October Hills Farm Sporthorses in Tx. He and Gin also won the $6,000 1.40m Open Jumper Speed Challenge in a field of over 100 other riders.
Nico then "made a quick stop" back in Texas and won the $100,000 1.50m Lone Star National Grand Prix with NKH Mr. Darcy and then second place with Gin! Amazing! After that, Nico moved on to the Desert Circuit at DIHP with 6th place in the $50,000 3* Grand Prix with NKH Mr. Darcy.
Above: Sarah Wayda, who moved her mare up to 1.35m at WEF and placed 4th and 7th, trains for Andrew Philbrick at Hunter Farms of Wellington and Princeton, NJ and all her riders at WEF produced great show results at WEF.
She ended up the season with moving that mare up to 1.40m and qualifying for a speed class. Another training victory; getting back in the show jumper ring with a young horse that required a tough "cowboy" trainer intervention and rehab in order to "reset" being able to be ridden again. Love her fearlessness and new, 2.0 leadership skills!
Photo above is Sarah Wayda showing at the Babington Fund Raiser Charity Event in Wellington.
Above: Lindsey Ayres, who trains for Michael Newman at Aubrey Hill, piloting not one, but 3 different horses in one night to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place wins at Fox Lea's $10,000 USHA Hunter Derby in Venice. Her last week there, she won 1, 3, 4th and 8th on four client horses in the Hunter Derby. At WEC prior to and after going to Venice, among all her successes, were her Champions in the 3' 3"!
Trainer Christi Israel, the Cover Rider Model for my book, "Equestrian Rockstars", is shown here piloting the mare that she bred from one of her famous, former GP stallions, Cracky Z, at HITS Ocala. How special is that? They won 4th in the 1.15m.
HUNTER/JUMPER & DRESSAGE RIDERS:
James Anderson, who rides with Evermore, Inc., racked up the wins during many of the weeks this WEF circuit with both his horses, to include Soane winning 1st place in the 3'3 hunters for 36 and over and then 1st place in the Amatuer Owner 3'6", 36 and over.
"Fable, was winner of 2 Older A/O classes with scores of 91 and 89!" James continued to win and place in high ribbons on both horses throughout the circuit in the 3'6 A/O Hunter, 36 and over classes.
Above: Mimi Moulton, who also rides with Evermore, earned 5 tricolors throughout WEF23 season to win the Low Adult Hunter Circuit Champion award with her long time partner, Trip to Paris. For WEF23, Mimi won a total of 10 tricolors including wins on Golden Goose and her new mount, Tradition.
Above: Holding down the fort on the west coast, my Equestrian Rockstar Amateur Brand Ambassador, Olivia Combs, continues to move all her horses up in height and placed 3rd in the A/O 1.30m on Once Upon a Time and 4th on her brand new jumper, Oriana, in the 1.20m at Desert Circuit. She ended the desert circuit with successfully moving Oriana up to 1.35m. Olivia also successfully expanded the resume of her horse, Blueberry, by adding equitation and has achieved her mission for putting that horse up for sale. "He won a lot of classes and was top 3 almost every time out." As for her "pride and joy" jumper, Tal, "He pulled a few solid rounds in the 1.35m, and we did our first "futurity prix" together.
"I didn't need to call you this year because while I didn't have all the show opportunities that I wanted, not only did my fear of failure NOT effect my riding, I used it to motivate me to ride my best, and I have never ridden better!
Above: Amanda Hood, owner of Boyoboy Bridleworks, trains with Guy Cambria at Code Four Show Stables in Va, and she is back showing! At WEC, she won a 6th and 7th in the Low AO Jumpers with Vavoom. On her horse, Dealbreaker, she won an 8th in the AO 1.20m Jumper. Her horse, Tallulah, won Reserve Champion in the green conformation with Tiffany Cambria in the irons.
Above: I checked in with Debbie Prince, who trains with Brooke Kemper at Shadowpond Farm in Ocala, about half-way through circuit. She just sold her home in MD and moved to Ocala. She was knocked down with the horse show flu the first part of this season, but finally bounced back and was second in the adult low classic out of 46 riders at WEC!
Bianca Salituri, who trains with Someday Stables, had a very successful season working all her new and young horses up in height at WEC and then down at WEF this winter. She got a 7th in the 2'9 and a 5th in the Adult Hunter Classic on her 5 year old Valentina. Finishing 1st and 2nd OF in the 2'9 USHJA with an 82 and 81. She finished the season moving him up to the 3'. Also, with her mount Don Chacco, 7th in the $1,000 A/O 3'6 stake class for 18-36.
Above: Allison Johnson, of San Antonio Texas, blew into town for a couple of weeks at WEF, and she was training there with Windsor Gerrish of Hudson, Tx. With her NEW horse, Contigo, and despite the tough competition that WEF is famous for, Allison was 2nd in the Low Adult Amateur Training Jumper 40 and over.
Tara McNeil, who recently completed my year long mental skills program for Realtor/Riders (peak performance in both her riding and her real estate career), just had her first show at the higher 3' Adult Amateur Hunter classes and won a Reserve Champion at the Raleigh Indoor A Show in NC! Tara trains with Tami and Carlos Ramos in NC.
She also OVERSHOT the VERY aggressive financial goals I set for her business income as well as breaking through her resistance to adding staff to her team! Tara is a Realtor in Greenville, SC. Trust me, she had limiting beliefs about what she could do with her already successful real estate career. She thought she was making as much as she could and was already burned out. She was wrong. She is making MUCH more money now and has a LOT more time to ride and show! LOL! She is a believer now!
Above; Nancy Buzzetta highlights; She placed 2nd in Ariat at WEF with "Bent" and 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th in the NHS Adult Medal. She won 7th with Dior in the USHJA 2/9, and with her jumper, Famous, she was 4th and 7th in the 1,500 Adult Amateur Jumper 36 and over classes this season. She has also used my peak performance training for overseeing operations and increasing the volume in all her Mercedes, Suburu and BMW car dealerships!
Above: Kristan Lassiter, who trains with Beto Gutierrez / Riffle Hitch, "was second on Friday and won the $10,000 NAL/WIHS Adult Amateur Jumper 36 and Over Classic." This resulted in her Reserve Championship in that division for WEF11!
Above: Samantha Ruttura and Quinn, who trains with Amanda Steege at Ashmeadow Farm, had a great season at WEC that included winning the younger adult champion in the main arena at WEC.
Casey Zuraitis, who trains with Cate Wagner and rides with Redfield, enjoyed winter cicuit at HITTS and WEC this season. Casey started with me just 6 weeks ago and ended her season with these results. "I ribboned in every class today in both the adult hunters and the 3'3" A/OS. I'm so happy and ended up 5th and 6th in the classics! Was champion in the adult equitation class this week. Also 2nd half circuit champion and the grand circuit champion in the adult equitation. Both Cate and my mom (who also competes) said I'm a completely different rider in the show ring. And I'm actually enjoying myself! Thank you!"
Above: Junior Rider Haley Edwardson, who is showing at WEF and rides with Linda Langmeier at Kelianda Farms of Wellington and CT, came in 9th with Cadence out of a large class of 82 in the Low Junior Power and Speed class, and her mount Center earned 7th in the 15-17 EQ as well as a 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 8th in the Junior Hunters, 3'3 for 16-17! The following week, Panda won 1st and 3rd in the 3'3". She also placed 8th out of 69 riders and then 5th out of 41 riders in the $1,500 Low Jr Jumper (1.20m).
Haley ended the 11th week of the winter circuit with moving up to Mediums (1.30m), and we made a goal for her to place before the 12th week was over. She ended up 7th in the Medium Classic! Prior to coaching with me this season, she barely placed at all at WEF!
Above: Junior Dressage Rider, Cheyenne Duncan, who trains with Brian Hafner Dressage in Ocala, won her Junior Freestyle Ride qualifying event with a 70%+ with her horse Denozzo at WEC! We now have her national ranking up to being in 12th place and moving it up in the shows in two weeks! .
Above: Hannah Famulak, who trains with John Brennan of North Run in Vt. and Wellington, won Show Champion with Unprecendented in the Jr. Hunter 3'6 Large, 15 and under at WEF and was 7th overall of Maclay during WEF1. She continued to place all during the season in the Low Junior jumpers, USEF Hunt Seat Medal, USEF Show Jumping Talent Search and received 5th, 6th and 7th placings in the Large Jr. Hunter 3'6 for 15 and under. Hannah coached with me back when she was riding ponies!
Above: Sophia Choti, who trains with Michael Desiderio/Tranquillity Farm of Wellington, was on the comeback trail for this first season that she has trained with me. She started WEF by adding another a new jumper to her team and worked her way up to an 8th in the 1.10m classes with over 40 riders in the class! She ended the winter circuit getting 4th, 2nd and 12th in the $1,500 Adult Amateur Jumpers age 18-35 and was crowned Reserve Champion.
But she didn't take her foot off the gas with that. For her last week and GRAND FINALE at WEF, she finished 7th in the $10,000 1.15m High Adult Amateur 18-35 Classic! "It was the first time making the jump off in the 1.15m classic with him. I am so happy that I can now stop myself from spinning around and wanting to quit just due to mistakes on course."
Above: AO rider, Bailey Schram, who trains with Molly DiNapoli in Ocala, also had a long list of success classes this winter circuit as she was working all her young horses up in height this season at HITTS Ocala. She won 2nd in Low Amateurs and continued all season in the top 3 with Bongo. Shown here with a Champion on "Bongo" in the HIgh Adults. She also won 2nd on her 7 year old, Quew. Highlander is moving up as well and was 10th in the $2000 M&S/NAL/WHS Adult Jumper Classic, and she ended up Reserve Champion in the High Adults.
Above: Kate Egan, who won the WEC Premier Equitation Cup, also won a car and the position of being my International Junior Rider Brand Ambassador! Kate spent most of circuit showing her horse, Kashmir, at HITTS and just recently started showing the jumpers for Emil Spadone's sales horses. Already she is winning in the low adult jumpers!
Most recently during her short, 2 week trip to WEF, Kate did a photo shoot for an upcoming article in Sidelines Magazine. (Fun fact, the photo shoot location was done at one my Equestrian Rockstar Trainer, Sarah Wayda's, Hunter Farm in Wellington.) Kate was also a catch rider for Christian Coyle whiile at WEF. Her many wins included 4th, sec A, jumper phase with score of 87. 5th sec A, hunter phase with score of 90.25 and 4th Overall in the WIHS. Although she trains with Redfield Farms in Ocala and NJ, Jimmy Torano/Jet Show Stables stepped in to help her show while she was here in town.
Here is a sneak peak of "behind the scenes photos" of Kate and me at the photo shoot. (This is not from the Sidelines professional photographer, but from Carley Oakes who does social media for Sarah Wayda.)

Below: Junior Rider Hanna Dolan who trains with Frank Madden.
Above: Junior Rider, Hanna Dolan, trains with Frank Madden at Capital Hill. During WEF 3, she and her horse Talu won the WIHS jumper phase and were 4rd overall and were 3rd and 5th in the Medal and Maclay one week. Elliot moved up to the medium jumpers. WEF 7, she "rode to top ribbons in Section A of the ASPCA Maclay and USEF medal." For a couple of weeks, she and Kate were neck and neck ... sometimes trading places with Hanna beating Kate! Hanna was Reserve Show Champion during WEF3 for the WIHS 2 Phase.
Below: Sutton Suelthaus
Above: Sutton Suelthaus, who trains with Amanda Thomas, in Robertsville, MO, was Champion TWICE with Hans in the 3'6 Jr's 16-17 and won a Modified out of 29! Her horse, Pino, got 82.5 in the derby at HITS Ocala. She ended the season with Hans being 2nd half of circuit champion in the large 16-17, 3'6" Juniors!
Above; Junior rider, Sarah Stary, who trains with Judgement Farms, has been placing show after show at WEC! She finished 3rd in the Premier Cup qualifier, 2nd in the 15-17 and 4th in the flat. Also, 6th in the Maclay! Most recently at WEC, she was 1st in the NHS, 8th in the Maclay and 2nd and 3rd in the Aged Eq!
Junior Rider,Jackie Stary, who trains with Judgment Farms, was also placing every show this season at WEC!
Above: Jackie Stary. "Enjo was a star at the WEC cup, 6th in the Maclay and Monty winning the low junior speed class!" Most recently, she and Envoy stepped up to the Medium Junior jumpers with a 5th and 7th, then finishing it off with a 7th in the Classic. "I even went clear twice in the 1.35m!" She ended up Reserve Champion in th 15-17 aged equitation.
While doing all this, Jackie was also inducted into the National Honor Society at her high school, Joliet Catholic Academy, and she was accepted into TCU, a Division 1 equestrian team college! (Yes, peak performance mental skills can help to achieve all that!)
Above: Natalie Coffin, who trains with Bull Run Equestrian Center, showed at WEC in Ohio. She won Champion on her horse Puck in the 3'6" Junior Hunters then and her other horse, Spicy, won Reserve Champion in the same division with a second place in the Combined Junior Hunter Classic. She also showed at Fox Lea Farm in Venice, FL this winter circuit. She "started her two weeks of showing with taking the win in the $1,000 Junior/AO classic with a first round score of 86 and a second round score of 89. Then finished up with Reserve Champion with his sister right behind him."
"Spicy not feeling 100 percent the last week, but she still brought home 6th in the Derby under the lights, and "Puck was on fire, winning 4 out of 5 classes in the Juniors to end up Champion. Once again, we also recceived top honors in the Jr./AO Hunter Classic."
Above: Junior rider, Ella Smutzer, who also trains at Bull Run Equestrian Center, had a spectacular year showing. Her confidence and results in the show ring earned her the gift of another horse and moving into (and even placing) the jumper division. She ended winter cicuit with a Champion in the 3'3 Junior Hunters/AO Combined at Fox Lea in Venice, FL.
